Barton Grange Landscapes won a tender on behalf of Eric Wright Construction; to landscape areas surrounding a prestiguos new housing development based at Islington Wharf, in the city of Manchester.
Barton Grange consulted with The Grass Factory to discuss the requirements for the job; for which a quality, natural looking surface was required. It also needed to be robust enough to withstand use in a communal court yard area.
Our solution was Ascot 30mm artificial grass, which is a premium quality product, and very hardwearing. It was installed on top of a prepared base constructed by Barton Grange Landscapes.
Although the installation was carried out during the winter, we were able to work to a tight deadline when installing the artificial grass and applying the silica sand top dressing.
Working as a team, we created an attractive, all-weather area for the residents, set amongst landscaped gardens within an interval courtyard.
